Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Dinanoir AI (the "App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

You must be at least 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK) to use the App. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.

• Dinanoir AI is a subscription service. New users get a 2-day free trial; after the trial it is billed at £9.99 per month or £79.99 per year, depending on the plan chosen.
• There is no free tier: an active trial or subscription is required to use the AI tools.
• On Android, billing is processed by Google Play. Manage or cancel at any time in Google Play → Subscriptions.
• On the web, billing is processed by Stripe. Manage from Profile → Manage subscription.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds follow the policy of the applicable store (Google Play or Stripe).

You agree not to use the App to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, hateful, sexual content involving minors, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overwhelm the service.
• Resell AI outputs as a competing generative service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

You own the prompts you submit and, subject to applicable law and any model provider terms, the outputs you generate. You grant us a limited license to store and process your content only to operate the App.

AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased or offensive. Review them before publishing. You are responsible for how you use them.

The App is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may delete your account at any time in Profile. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers benefit from any mandatory protections of their country of residence.
