Delete your account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Dinanoir AI account and the data associated with it. You can start the deletion process directly in the app, or by email if you no longer have access to the app.

Delete account in the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from inside Dinanoir AI:

Open the app and sign in to the account you want to delete.
Go to Profile (bottom navigation).
Scroll to the Danger zone section.
Tap Delete my account.
Type DELETE to confirm.
Tap Delete forever.

Once confirmed, the deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account or data.

Delete account by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email. To help us verify your identity, send the request from the email address registered to your Dinanoir AI account.

We may ask you to confirm details such as your registered email address, subscription receipt, or recent account activity before we process the request. We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

When you delete your Dinanoir AI account, the following data is permanently removed from our production systems:

Your account profile and authentication record.
All saved generations, outputs and results created with AI tools.
Your Growth AI chat history and messages.
All scheduled posts, titles, content and notes in the Planner.
Your favourites, recently used tools and interface preferences.
First-party analytics events linked to your account.

What may be retained

Some information may be kept for a limited period after account deletion where we have a legal or legitimate need to do so:

Transaction and subscription records — kept for tax, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes, typically for up to 6–7 years as required by applicable law.
Security and abuse logs — kept for a short period to help prevent abuse, fraud and security incidents.
Aggregated, non-identifiable statistics — data that has been anonymised and cannot be linked back to you may be retained for product analytics.

Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis, so deleted data will also be removed from backups in line with our retention schedule.

Cancelling your subscription

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. To avoid future charges, please cancel your subscription first:

Android (Google Play): open the Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Dinanoir AI → Cancel.
Web (Stripe): go to Profile → Manage billing in the app, or contact us at privacy@dinanoir.ai.
